RE: Covid-19 Virus Crisis

Effective immediately

If you have any indication of cough or sickness you are to immediately contact your supervisor and contact the client representative(s) follow the protocol of the emergency contingency plan in place (requiring family involvement in care of client). Please do not risk your life or the life of your client to keep working if you are experiencing illness and symptoms. Sick leave pay is an option. However, we will need required medical verification and you received medical attention for sickness along with doctors orders. Before returning to work You will need to get immediately screened to rule out Covid-19. We will need proper documentation for you to qualify for sick leave pay and doctors notice of clearance to return to work. This is not the time to take chances.

Hool'áágóó recognizes that our employees are possibly encountering emergency or difficult circumstances where they need an advancement of payment before a scheduled payday. In the midst of this crisis, we have issued order of Payroll Advance to all employees expecting a paycheck on April 2, 2020. The payroll advance is to be used to help aid you with essential sustenance during the “Shelter at Home” orders. We are going to be issuing a paper check to each employee to be mailed out March 23, 2020. Be cognizant, the re-payment of the advance will be automatically deducted from the next scheduled paycheck on April 2.

While we are all on “shelter at place” orders we are going to be relying heavily on telecommunication, Web communication, and email. At our annual caregiver meetings held recently in January, the discussion of using technology was discussed at every meeting…if you haven’t downloaded the applications discussed yet you need to. “It’s time to get on the SHIP!”

Make sure we have your correct phone number for text messages.

We will send follow up instructions on downloading the applications. Team Infinity, once again you are praised for all your dedication and devotion in providing essential care to your clients. They are all-in high-risk categories and vulnerable to our society. I hope you realize how necessary you are in this crisis on the frontlines. Keep yourselves safe and remember to isolate yourself as feasibly possible…and most importantly stay in communication with us too. We will get through this together Thank you!
