Attendant Care
Non-Medical, In-Home care provided to individuals with a physical disabilities. A combination of homemaker, personal, and companion care.
Companion Care
Accompanying to clinics or hospitals. Needing additional one on one time beyond other activity duties.
Personal Care
Assistance with activities of daily living such as mobility, medication reminder, exercise, transferring, bathing & showering, skin care, hair care, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Homemaker
Assistance with activities such as cleaning, shopping, errands meal preparation and laundry.
Respite Care
Short term care and supervision to provide rest or relief to family members or other persons caring for elderly or disabled individuals.
For less mobile or bed bound adults: A referred personal care caregiver can assist with re-positioning in bed to avoid bed sores, bed pans, adult briefs, a sponge bath, and even range of motion activities.

You may qualify for AHCCCS/ALTCS:
The Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) program is for individuals who are 65 or older, blind, or disabled and need ongoing services at a nursing facility level of care.
